Pumpkin Waffles

Pumpkin Waffles
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
4 T butter, melted
1/2 c. pumpkin
Whisk together, then add:
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt

Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Peanut Butter Cup Pie

1 Oreo crumb crust
1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. Smooth Peanut Butter, divided
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
2 cups thawed Cool Whip, divided
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup peanut butter in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Add dry pudding mix and milk; beat 2 min. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip; pour into crust.
2. Microwave remaining Cool Whip and chocolate in microwaveable bowl for 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool completely.
3. Spread chocolate mixture over filling in crust. Microwave remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl 30 sec.; stir. Drizzle over pie. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. 

   
Wow this was SO cool! It tasted just like a Reese's Peanut butter cup. I made this for Sean's birthday today and he was a huge fan. Definitely making this one again!
